There are 3 Mandarake stores (that sell Blythes) in Tokyo. If you click on the link of a shop below, you will be taken to a page that displays all Blythes that are currently for sale at that particular store.
Open from 12:00-20:00
This store usually has the biggest stock. It's located inside Nakano Broadway, on the 4th floor. It's very easy to get to: just take the subway to Nakano Station and exit through the north exit. The entrance to the covered shopping arcade that leads to Nakano Broadway is right outside the train station:
Nakano Broadway also has a lot of other toy stores that are fun to check out, and the Wanda Wonderfrog Store is a five minute walk away.

The Shibuya store is close to LeLe Junie Moon in Parco. It can be a bit hard to find because the sign outside is very small. It's located in the basement of the BEAM Building:
